Candidates who took part in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2024 to get admission for Doctor of Medicine or Master of Surgery are informed that NEET PG Counselling 2024 will be administered on the basis All India Quota (AIQ) rank list, Whoever’s name appears in it will be able to participate in the counselling.

Counselling for NEET PG 2024 for MD and MS consists of multiple stages, which are as follows:
- Registration: Candidates will have to register online for counseling by providing basic details pay the required fees using one of provided payment gateway by deadline.
- Choice Filling: After registration, andidates will be able to choose and prioritize their preferred courses and colleges, then lock in their choices.
- Seat Allotment: After the choice filling, the MCC will processes the choices and allocates seats to candidates based on their merit and preferences, and then announce the seat allotment result.
- Uploading of Documents: After the seat allotment result, candidates who will satisfied with the allocated seat will have to upload necessary documents such as educational certificates, ID proofs, etc., as per the guidelines provided.
- Reporting at College: After the vertification of documents, candidates have to download the allotment letter and make print copy to carry it to allocated college with required documents for admission confirmation.

Who will eligible for NEET PG Counselling 2024?
To participate in the counselling of NEET PG 2024 for Doctor of Medicine or Master of Surgery, one score in entrance exam must meet the cut off. Last year, it was 291 for General, 257 for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Class; where were 50th and 45th percentile for General and Reserved, respectively.

NEET PG Counselling Registration Fee 2024
Candidates who are going to participate in online counselling for NEET PG 2024 for Doctor of Medicine or Master of Surgery will have to make payment of ₹1,000/- as registration fee, those belongs to General. Aspirants who belong to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Class will have to make payment of only ₹500/-.
