- Group C (RPC/HK) (Below Degree): A candidate must possess a Diploma in the respective discipline or an SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) with an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) trade certification in the relevant field.
- Group C (RPC/HK) (With Degree): A candidate holds either a degree in Library Science from a recognized Indian university or a degree in Science, Commerce, Business Administration, or Engineering.
Age Limit:
- Group C (RPC/HK) (Below Degree & With Degree): Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Maximum age limits are 35 years for general candidates, 38 for Category 2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B, and 40 for SC/ST/Category-1 candidates.
