ITBP HC (E&SC) Eligibility Criteria 2024
Eligibility for the recruitment of Head Constable (Education & Stress Counsellor) in the Indo-Tibetan Border Police is available below in terms of educational qualification and age limit is available below.
- Educational Qualification — A candidate must have pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and he or she also has completed two-year Bachelor’s of Education.
- Age Limit — The applicant must have turned 20 years, and he or she shouldn’t exceed 25 years as of August 25, 2024.
Note: Candidates who belong to Other Backward Class (Non-Creamy Layer) and Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribes have upper age relaxation of 3 and 5 years, respectively.

Candidates who want to be appointed as Head Constable (E&SC) in the ITBP will have to pay the application fee during the submission of an online form using one of the online payment gateways. General, Other Backward Class, Economically Weaker Sections male candidates are required to pay 100 rupees by August 05, 2024, otherwise his or her application won’t be accepted.
Note: Male individuals who belong to Schedule Caste, Scheduled Tribes, Ex-Servicemen, and all female aspirants are exempted from payment of application fee for recruitment of HC (E&SC) in the ITBP.
ITBP HC (E&SC) Selection Process 2024
The selection process for the post of Head Constable (E&SC) in Indo-Tibetan Border Police consists three stages, which are as follows:
- PET & PST – Candidates who will apply for recruitment of HC (E&SC) will be called for the Physical Efficiency & Standard Test, which is likely to take place in August or July 2024.
- Written Exam – Aspirants who take part in the PET & PST and pass it will be called for the Written Examination.
