HP DElEd Entrance Exam 2024
HPBOSE conducts the entrance examination for the two-year undergraduate Diploma course that offers selected applicants training for teachers at the primary level of government-aided/ private schools of Himachal Pradesh.
The board released the admission notification on 20 April 2024, and the last date to apply for the 2024 DElEd CET is 10 May 2024.
It’s a state-level test, followed by the counseling process to select aspirants for the HP DElEd course. The CET exam for 2024 will commence on 8 June 2024.

Important Note:
- The application window will be opened for correction in all fields except category/sub-category between 14 May 2024 to 16 May 2024 till 11:59 PM.
- The application window will open from 11 May 2024 to 13 May 2024 to apply with an additional late fee of ₹300.
HPBOSE DElEd Seats 2024
According to the HPBOSE DElEd 2024 prospectus, the following number of seats are available in the government and private District Institute of Education & training:

The seat reservation is applicable for Bonafide residents of HP. The reservation is available for the candidates who belong to the category and sub-category mentioned in the prospectus.
HP DElEd CET 2024 Eligibility
The candidates can check their eligibility to apply for the HP DElEd CET 2024 exam from the following eligibility criteria:
Age Limit:
- The applicants should come under the age bracket of 17-32 years.
- The age relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit is applicable for candidates of reserved categories.
Educational Qualification:
- The applicants who have secured at least 50% marks in the higher secondary (class 12) examinations or equivalent courses from a recognized board or institution can apply for the 2024 DElEd CET.
- The 5% relaxation in minimum qualification marks is available for the SC/ST/OBC/PHH/EWS candidates.

Eligible candidates can apply for the 2024 HP DElEd entrance examination in the following steps:
- Go to the official website of the HPBOSE at https://www.hpbose.org/
- Next, tab on CET at the top right-hand corner of the website and click on CET D.El.ED 2024.
- Now, read the instructions attentively and tick the declaration box.
- Now, Click on the New registration on the portal as a new candidate if you have never registered or Sign in if you have already registered yourself on the portal.
- Next, the first-timers can be registered by entering their Aadhar Card, Category, Email ID, preferred exam center, and other general information.
- Now, review the application and lock the details on the portal.
- Next, upload your scanned mandatory documents in the mentioned file size.
- Now, move to the application fee payment section and pay the fee by your preferred means.
- After the successful payment, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered mobile number and email address.
