- One must hold an MBBS degree from a recognized university, approved by the Medical Council of India.
- He or she should be registered practitioners under the Madras Medical Registration Act and have completed a minimum of twelve months as House Surgeon (CRRI).
- Registration with the Tamil Nadu Medical Council is mandatory.
Age Limit:
- The maximum age limit for SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBC&DNCs, BCs, BCMs is 59 years, while for others like General, it’s 37 years.
- Differently abled candidates have an age limit of 47 years, and ex-servicemen belonging to the “Others” category have an age limit of 50 years.
- The date to calculate the age limit is set for July 01, 2024 by the Tamil Nadu Medical Recruitment Board.
