OAVS Notification 2024
The Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan will release a notification on April 1, 2024, inviting applications for the positions of Principal and Teachers in Odisha Adarsha Vidyalayas. Eligible candidates can submit their applications online via the official website, https://oav.edu.in/, from April 1 to April 30, 2024 by providing details, uploading documents and making fee payment.
OAVS Vacancy 2024
The OAVS will announce the vacancies for the positions of Principal and Teachers (TGT, PGT & Arts Teacher). The total number of vacancies for Principal and Teacher positions combined will be 1342. Specific details regarding the exact number of positions for Principals and subject-wise vacancies for Teachers will be provided in the official recruitment notification.

OAVS Eligibility Criteria 2024
Eligibility criteria expected details for the post of Principal and Teachers, in terms of educational qualification and age limit is available below.
- Educational Qualification: Candidates are expected to possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant field from a recognized university. Additionally, candidates should have completed a two-year Bachelor of Education (BEd) program.
- Age Limit: Candidates applying for the position of Principal should be between the ages of 31 and 50 years old, while candidates applying for Teacher positions should fall within the age range of 21 to 38 years old.

OAVS Selection Process 2024
The selection process for Principal and Teacher positions in Odisha Adarsha Vidyalayas involves three stages: Computer Based Test, Interview, and Performance Test. Candidates who will apply will be called for CBT, which will be followed by an Interview and then a Performance Test take place; after which the final selection list will be prepared.
