There are a total number of 20 vacancies for the post of Executive (LA/R&R/CSR) position at National Thermal Power Corporation Limited, out of total, 11 are for General, 2 for Economically Weaker Section, 5 for Other Backward Class, 2 for Scheduled Caste.

NTPC Executive Eligibility Criteria 2024

Eligibility criteria for the post Executive (LA/R&R/CSR) position at NTPC Limited in terms of educational qualification and age limit is available below.

  • Education Qualification:
    • A candidate must hold a PG Degree/PG Diploma/PG Programme in fields like Rural Management, Rural Development, Displacement, Resettlement, Community Development, or related disciplines.
    • Alternatively, candidates with an MSW, MBA, or a Graduate degree in Engineering from a recognized University/Institute are eligible.
  • Experience:
    • An applicant must have at least 2 years of experience in conducting socio-economic surveys, handling R&R matters, CSR activities, or related areas.
    • Experience in consulting stakeholders through participatory tools and familiarity with relevant legislation such as the RFCTLARR Act is preferred.
  • Age Limit:
    • One’s age must not be above 35 years.
    • There will be upper age relaxation for 3 and 5 years for OBC and SC/ST, respectively.
