NEET PG 2025 Notification 

The NBE in Medical Sciences will release the official notification for the NEET PG 2025 in April 2025. The eagerly awaited release will start the application process for aspiring candidates seeking admission to postgraduate medical courses such as MD and MS for academic year 2025-26.

 

Eligible candidates who already have pursued MBBS should promptly visit the official website of NBEMS at https://nbe.edu.in/ to access the application form in order to apply online for NEET PG 2025. The window for submitting applications will open from April 2025.

To apply online i.e. submit application form for the post National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Postgraduate) 2025, you have to go through the step-by-step Instructions below.

  • Go the official website of the National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences, which is accessible at https://nbe.edu.in/.
  • Lookout for an option that reads ‘NEET PG’ under the section of ENTRANCE EXAMINATIONS, and tap on it.
  • Under the section of 2025, an option of the ‘Application Link’ will be before you, hit on it and go to the new webpage.
  • Click on Register buttons and complete the registration process by providing all required details.

To apply online for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Postgraduate) 2025, an individual will have to pay the application fee of ₹4250 for, if he or she fall in unreserved category and for SC, ST, and PwD candidates, the amount is ₹3250.

NEET PG 2025 Eligibility  Criterias 

To apply online for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (PG) 2025, an individual must have pursued Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from a recognised institution, and he or she must have registered with National Medical Council or the State Medical Council.

Note: The applicants must have completed an Internship of 1-year by August 2025.

Exam date for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Postgraduate) 2025 isn’t announced officially by the National Examination Board in Medical Sciences, it will be held in June 2025 in the Computer Based Test mode with an exam time duration of 3.5 hours across the Nation.

NEET PG 2025 Exam Pattern 

NEET PG 2025 will be held by the National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences in the CBT mode, a total number 200 multiple-choice questions of each 4 marks will be asked from different sections:

    • Physiology
    • Biochemistry
  • Part B:
    • Pathology
    • Pharmacology
    • Microbiology
    • Forensic Medicine
    • Social and Preventive Medicine
  • Part C:
    • General Medicine Including Dermatology & Venereology & Psychiatry

There will be a provision of negative marking, for each incorrect response, 1 mark will be deducted, the medium of the exam is going to only English, to touch the maximum number of questions, aspirants will get an exam time duration of 3.5 hours.
