MP SET 2024 Notification
MPPSC has released the notification of MP SET 2024 examinations on its official website dated 15 March 2024. The commission has released the notification for the direct recruitment of Assistant Professors in Universities and colleges of Madhya Pradesh.
It’s a state-level examination that will be held in 20 subjects. Interested candidates can apply online for the MP SET 2024 applications starting on 21 March 2024. The last date to apply for the SET 2024 examinations is noon 20 April 2024.

Important Note: The applicants who missed the chance to apply in the given timeline can apply with a late fee. The application window will open two times in the following manner:
- The application form will open from 21 April 2024 to noon 09 May 2024 with a late fee of Rs 3000/- & Rs 40/- portal fee per session. The correction window for application form I with a late fee will be open from 22 April 2024 to noon 2 May 2024.
- Application form II will open from 1 May l 2024 to 10 days before the exam date with a late fee of Rs 25,000/- & Rs 50/- portal fee per session. The correction window for application form II with a late fee will be open from 2 May 2024 to 10 days before the exam date of MP SET 2024.
MP SET 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Interested candidates can check the following eligibility criteria for the MP SET 2024 examinations before applying:
- The applicants have cleared the post-graduation or equivalent courses from recognized institutions established under the Central or State Act.
- The applicants who have appeared for the final examination of the PG and are waiting for the results or the exams are delayed can apply for the MP SET 2024 examinations.
- The applicants must clear the PG degree or equivalent course with 55% marks (Unreserved category)/ 50% marks (reserved category).
- The applicants who hold a Ph.D. degree and have completed his/her PG by 19 September 1991 will have a 5% relaxation in educational qualification from 55% to 50%.
Application Fee for MP SET 2024
The eligible candidates will have to pay for the application during the application process of MP SET 2024. The candidates have to pay the application as per their category in the following manner:

The MP SET 2024 examinations will have two papers with objective types of questions. The details of Paper I and Paper II of the MP SET 2024 examinations are given below:

- The MPPSC will release the application link for the MP SET 2024 examinations on 21 March 2024, you can find the Application link in the notifications section of the website.
- Now, register yourself on the application portal and get the login credentials.
- Next, log in again using the credentials and fill out your details, such as personal details, educational qualifications, etc.
- Now, move to the payment section and make the payment through your preferred gateway.
