The MPSC invites online applications of eligible candidates for the appointment of 10 vacant posts of Grade III Stenographer in the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms DP & AR (Secretariat Service Wing).
Out of 10 vacant posts, one is reserved for the Persons with Benchmark Disabilities. Interested candidates must apply online before the deadline of 1 July 2024 on the official website of the MPSC.

Mizoram Stenographer Recruitment Eligibility Criteria 2024
Interested candidates can check their eligibility to apply for the latest recruitment drive of MPSC for the Group B Non-Gazetted posts from the below eligibility criteria:
Age Limit:
- The applicants must not be under 18 years old and not exceed 35 years of age on the last date of application.
- The upper age relaxation is applicable based on the MPSC guidelines.
Educational Qualification:
- Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University/ board.
- Applicants must hold a Diploma certificate in English stenography from a recognized institution.
- Applicants must achieve a minimum score in the Mizo language Proficiency qualifying test conducted by the government. However, candidates who have opted for the Mizo subject as MIL outside Mizoram and studied in class 10th or above in Mizoram are exempted from taking the Language proficiency test.
- Applicants should be proficient in basic handling of computers as mentioned under the Mizoram Group A, B, and C posts recruitments.
