Jharkhand Polytechnic Counselling 2024
The JCECEB conducted the Polytechnic Entrance Competitive Examination (PECE) on 7 April 2024 and declared the result on 26 April 2024 on the official website.
Candidates who have cleared the PECE 2024 examination can participate in the admission counselling to enroll into various Engineering and non-engineering fields.

Jharkhand Polytechnic Counselling Process 2024
The JCECEB conducts online counselling of the candidates who have qualified for the PECE exam on one platform to make it convenient for students and parents to get admission to their desired colleges.
In the counselling process, the candidates first have to register for the counselling and pay the applications, to follow up the following counselling process:
- The candidates have to fill up their choice of course and institute with counselling registration.
- Next, the authority will prepare a merit list based on PECE 2024 scores & rank and the preference of candidates to allot the seats to the candidates in different colleges participating in the JCECEB counselling.
- After the seat allotment, the candidates have a choice to accept or reject the allotted seat in the given timeframe. Candidates who accept the seat need to pay the Seat Acceptance fee of ₹1000/- to lock the seat. Candidates who reject the seat can wait for other rounds of seat allotment.
- After the successful counselling process, the candidates have to submit the documents for verification for admission.
- After the approval of the college, the candidates need to submit the admission fee to enroll in the designated college.
Documents Required for the Jharkhand Polytechnic Counselling 2024
The candidates need to present the photocopies of the following documents for document verification and complete the counselling process:
- Admit Card or Hall ticket for PECE 2024
- Scorecard of the PECE 2024
- Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Class 10 or equivalent exam passing certificate and mark sheet
- Income Certificate
- Domicile Certificate
- Transfer Certificate from the previous institution
- PwD certificate (if applicable)
- Passport Size photograph ( at least 6)

Registration Fee for the Jharkhand Polytechnic Counselling 2024
The candidates who wish to participate in the Jharkhand Polytechnic Counselling will have to pay the counselling registration fee as per their category:
