- Mining Diploma with 5 years experience and possess the Foreman’s Certificate of Competency for Metalliferous Mines, or
- Graduation in Mining engineering with 2 years experience and foreman’s certificate of competency/ Second-class Manager’s certificate.
- Electrical:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electrical engineering with 5 years/ 2 years of experience respectively.
- Finance:
- An applicant with graduation and 5 years experience in the field or PG degree holder in Finance/PG Diploma in Finance/ MBA in finance with 2 years experience can apply, or
- Candidates who have cleared the intermediate examination of Chartered accountants or Institute of Cost & works accountant with 5 years experience in the field.
- Company Secretary:
- Graduate with 5 years experience in the respective field or have cleared the final examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India/ UK.
- HR:
- Candidates with a PG degree in HR/ MBA in HR/ PG diploma in HR with 2 years of experience or graduates with 5 years experience can apply.
