DVC JE Selection Process 2024
Selection process for the post of Junior Engineer (Garde II) consists of two stages, which are Written Exam and Documentation.
Written Exam:
- Exam Mode: Computer Based Test
- Duration: 2 Hours
- Total Questions: 100 (30 questions for General Aptitude Test and 70 questions for Technical Knowledge Test)
- Maximum Marks: 100
- Question Type: Objective type (each question with four answer options)
- Marking Scheme:
- Each correct answer carries 1 mark.
- There’s a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
- No marks are deducted for unanswered questions.
- Sections:
- General Aptitude Test (GAT)
- Technical Knowledge Test (TKT)
- Medium: The question paper is bilingual, available in both English and Hindi, except for the test of English knowledge.
Documentation:
- Candidates need to produce original proof of identity such as Aadhaar Card, Voter Card, Pan Card, Driving License, Passport, etc., during the document verification process.
