DSSSB TGT Eligibility Criteria 2024

A candidate must fulfill certain eligibility requirements, including age restrictions and educational qualifications, to apply online for a trainee graduate teacher position under the Directorate of Education or New Delhi Municipal Council for any topic.

Educational Qualification:

• A Bachelor’s degree from an institution recognized by the UGC must have been pursued.
• Both a two-year elementary education diploma and a two-year bachelor’s degree in education must have been pursued by him or her.
• The candidate also has to be CTET Paper II qualified.

Age Limit:

To be able to apply online for the DSSSB Recruitment 2024, candidates must have attended for a minimum of 18 years and their age cannot be more than 30. According to government regulations, age relaxation will be granted for designated groups.

DSSSB TGT Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

The selection of the applicants for Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs) and Drawing Teachers’ jobs will be based on a tier examination (Computer-Based Test). 

Candidates’ scores on the computer-based test or exam will be adjusted, if necessary. The normalized score will serve as the basis for the final merit list and applicant selection.

DSSSB TGT Recruitment 2024 Application Fee

Candidates from Scheduled Caste, Schedule Tribe, PwD, and Female categories are excused from paying the application fee; candidates from the General, Other Backward Class, and Economically Weaker Section must pay Rs. 100.
