DSSSB Peon 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Those interested in applying for the positions of Process Server and Peon/Orderly/Dak Peon in the Family Courts and District & Sessions Courts must meet the following qualifications:
Educational Qualification
- Process Server (District & Sessions Courts – Family courts): A candidate must have obtained a passing grade in the 10+2 (Senior Secondary) exam Or its equivalent from a recognized testing authority. An up-to-date driver’s license for motorbikes is also required of candidates.
- Process Server (District & Sessions Courts): Candidates must have obtained a passing grade in the 10+2 (Senior Secondary) exam Or its equivalent from a recognized board or school.
- Peon/Orderly/Dak Peon (District & Sessions Courts): Applicants must have passed their 10th grade (Matriculation) exam Or its equivalent from an accredited school or board.
- Peon/Orderly/Dak Peon (District & Sessions Courts – Family Courts): The 10th (Matriculation) exam Or its equivalent from an accredited board or institution must have been passed by the applicant.
Age Limits
- As of April 18, 2024, candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 27. However, age relaxation is allowed following laws.
Nationality
- Candidates must be Indian citizens. However, there might be specific provisions for candidates from neighboring countries in certain cases, subject to government regulations.
