Admission to various government and private Industrial Training Institute for various ITI trade courses will be done on the basis of the performance of the students in the qualifying examination, there is no proposal by Directorate of Employment and Training to hold any entrance examination for this.
CG ITI Application Form 2024
Directorate of Employment and Training, Government of Chhattisgarh will release the application form for ITI Admission 2024 by mid-June and then the application form will be available for four weeks likely by the second week of July 2024. CG ITI Eligibility Criteria 2024
Eligibility criteria for ITI trade courses in various institutions of Chhattisgarh in terms of education qualification and age limit are as follows.
- Educational Qualification: One must have completed the 10th or 12th standard from a recognized board with Science and Mathematics as mandatory subjects. Additionally, for certain courses, proficiency in Hindi and English is also required.
- Age Limit: A candidate must be at least 14 years old, there is no maximum age limit specified. For the Mechanic cum driver course, the minimum age requirement is 18 years as of August 1, 2024.

CG ITI Application Fee 2024
To apply for admission to trade certificate courses at government and private ITIs, a candidate belonging to the General or Other Backward Class category needs to pay an application fee of ₹50/-. However, for aspirants from the Schedule Caste, Scheduled Tribes or Persons with Disability will have to pay only ₹40 through a debit card, credit card, NET banking or UPI.

CG ITI Admission Process 2024
The admission process for trade courses at ITIs of CG consists of the release of a merit list and institutional reporting. Multiple merit lists are prepared according to candidates’ performance in the qualifying examination. Upon release, candidates must report to the allocated institution as per the schedule provided with required documents and admission letter.
CG ITI Merit List 2024
The merit list for trade courses at ITIs of CG will consist of multiple lists, which will be made public between July and August 2024 by the DET, Chattisgarh. It will be prepared based on candidates’ performance in the qualifying exam. Each list will contain the names of shortlisted candidates for admission by reporting at the allocated institution.
