Air Force Agniveer Notification 2024
The Indian Air Force invites online applications from unmarried male/ female candidates for the selection test for Agniver Vayu intake 02/2025 under the Agnipath scheme.
The new HR methodology under the Agnipath Scheme aimed to offer an opportunity for the nation’s youth to experience military life for four years. The Agniveer Vayu Is is a distinct rank from any other existing ranks in the Indian Air Force.
The IAF is not obliged to retain the Agniveer Vayu after the engagement period of four years. However, based on the candidate’s performance or organization’s requirement the Agniveer Vayu can get an opportunity to apply for regular cadre in IAF as Airmen.
Interested candidates can register for the selection test from 8 July 2024 (11:00 AM) to 28 July 2024 (23:00).

IAF Agniveer Vayu Eligibility Criteria 2024
Interested candidates can check their eligibility to apply for the IAF Agniveer Vayu intake 02/2025 from the below eligibility criteria:
Age Limit:
- Applicants should be born between 3 July 2004 and 3 January 2008 to apply for the recruitment.
- Candidates’ upper age limit on clearing all stages of the selection procedure must be 21 years.
Educational Qualifications:
- Candidates must have cleared the intermediate examinations with science and English or equivalent examinations with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English from boards recognized by State, Central, and UT.
OR
- Candidates have cleared three three-year diplomas in Engineering with 50 marks in total and 50 % marks in English subjects from Central, UT, and state-recognized Polytechnic institutes.
OR
- Candidates have done two years of vocational courses in Mathematics and Physics from boards recognized by State, UTs, and Central with 50% marks in total and 50% in English subjects.
- Candidates who have passed 12th with another stream can also apply with 50% marks in total and 50% marks in English or have passed two years of vocational courses from education boards recognized by the State, Central, and UTs.

Documents Required for Air Force Agniveer Vayu Application 2024
Eligible and willing candidates would need the following documents in hand during the online registration for the IAF Agniveer recruitment:
- Class 10th passing certificate
- Class 12th or equivalent marks sheet/ 3 years Diploma Engineering mark sheet/2 years vocational course marks sheet.
- Additional skills certificate (if any)
- Aadhar Card
- Left-hand thumb impression image of candidates.
- Candidates signature image
- Candidates’ passport-size photograph
- Candidates parents or guardian signature image
Air Force Agniveer Application Fee 2024
Candidates will have to pay ₹550/- examination fee during online registration for the selection test of the Air Force Agniveer Vayu recruitment 02/2025.
The payment for the examination fee will be done through Debit/credit cards and Internet banking payment gateway. For multiple payments on single applications, the payments will be refunded to the account of the sender after the online application is closed.
