The selected candidates will be initially posted to the Mumbai base of AIESL, however, the company can transfer the candidates to any location of the network of AIESL according to the company’s requirements.

Pay Details:
- The Aircraft Technician would receive a monthly pay of ₹27,940 according to the AIESL salary structure.
- The Trainee Aircraft Technician would receive a stipend of ₹15,000 for a 6-month training period when candidates have less than a year of experience.

Age Limit:
- The upper age limit to apply for AIESL recruitment is 35 years (Gen/EWS), 38 years (OBC), and 40 years (SC/CT) applicants.

Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must possess an AME Diploma/ Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering in Mechanical Stream from DGCA-approved institutions with 60% marks/ equivalent grade (55% for SC/ST/EWS/OBC candidates).
OR
- 3-year Engineering Diploma in Mechanical Stream/ Aeronautical Engineering/ equivalent course/ recognized by State/Central Government with at least 60% marks/ equivalent grade ((55% for SC/ST/EWS/OBC candidates).
- The Ex-servicemen eligibility varies from the other candidates, you must check the notification for detailed information.
Experience:
- Candidates must have a year of Aviation experience in Aircraft Maintenance/ Overhaul Shops or have completed his/her national apprenticeship in the concerned trade.
