AFCAT 2/2024 Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility criteria for AFCAT(2) 2024 in terms of educational qualification for Flying and Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) branches are as follows.
Educational Qualification:
- Flying Branch:
- Candidates must have completed 12th standard with a minimum of 50% marks each in Physics and Mathematics.
- Additionally, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% marks.
- GD (Technical) Branch:
- Candidates must have completed 12th with a minimum of 50% marks each in Physics and Mathematics.
- They should also possess a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) with a minimum of 60% marks from AICTE recognised institutions.
- GD (Non-Technical) Branch:
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% marks from a UGC recognised university.
Age Limit:
- Flying & Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) Branches: One’s age must not be below 20 and above 24 years as July 01, 2025 i.e. he or she must have been born before 2 July 1999 and after 1 July 2005.

AFCAT 2/2024 Application Fee
To apply for Air Force Common Admission Test 2/2024 for Flying or Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) Branche, a candidate will have to deposit an amount ₹500 using one of the provided payment gateway, whether he or she belongs to any category. Candidates applying through NCC are exempted for application fee payment.
AFCAT 2/2024 Admit Card
Indian Air Force will release the admit card for AFCAT 2/2024 most probably a week before the exam date. Candidates who are going to apply are hereby notified that hall ticket for first stage of selection process i.e. written exam won’t be sent to residential address, each one has to download and make print to carry it to respective exam center.
