TS EdCET Application Form 2025
The application form for TS EdCET 2025 will be available for aspiring candidates on the official website of TSCHE at https://edcet.tsche.ac.in/. Applicants have until four weeks to submit their applications without incurring a late fee. However, for those who require additional time, the deadline extends with a late fee of ₹250.
TS EdCET Eligibility Criteria 2025
To participate in the Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test 2025, an individual must meet the certain eligibility criteria in terms of educational qualification and age limit.
- Education Qualification – A candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% (for general candidates) or 45% (for SC/ST/PH candidates).
- Age Limit – One must be at least 19 years old as of July 01, 2025, and there is no cap of upper age limit.

TS EdCET Application Fee 2025
To apply for TS EdCET 2025, a general category candidate will have to pay an application fee of ₹750, however, for those who belong to the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Caste or Physically Handicapped category, it is only ₹550. Aspirants will be able to pay the required amount through one of the payment methods by the deadline.
TS EdCET 2025 Exam Date
Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test 2025 for 2 year B.Ed i.e. Bachelor’s of Education will be conducted by Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda in online mode through the Computer Based Test in May 2025 in two shifts from 10 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm with an exam time duration of 02 hours i.e. 120 minutes.
TS EdCET 2025 Exam Pattern
TS EdCET 2025 will be conducted by Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda in online mode in which a total of 150 multiple choice questions will be asked from the following sections:
- Subject/Content (Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies)
- Teaching Aptitude
- General English
- General Knowledge & Educational Issues
- Computer Awareness
In the entrance exam for 2-year B.Ed course, each question will be of o1 mark and no marks will be deducted in case of wrong answer. The total time duration for expressions will be 2 hours to solve all the questions asked and the medium of the exam will be English, Telugu and Urdu.
