The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has announced the recruitment for 63 posts of Asst. Executive Engineer in Group A (Civil) under Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water Department of Odisha.
According to the notification released on the official site, the application process will start from 12 March 2024 to 12 April 2024. The candidates will be selected based on their performance on the following examination:

OPSC AEE Vacancy 2024
The Panchayati Raj Engineering Cadre follows the pay scale of Level 12 under the rule of ORSP Rules 2017, carries a pay band of around Rs 15,600 to Rs 39,100) and grade pay of Rs 5,400/- with dearness allowances and other benefits.

Eligibility for the OPSC AEE Recruitment 2024
The eligibility criteria for the candidates who can apply for the OPSC AEE Recruitment is as follows:
Age Limit:
- The age limit for applicants from the GEN/UR category is 21 to 38 years on 1 January 2024 and for SC/ST/ SEBC/ Women/ Ex-servicemen there is a relaxation of 4 years (21-43 years.
- For People with disabilities, the age relaxation of 10 years is provided meaning (21-48 years).
- For PwD candidates, coming from categories of SC/ ST/ SEBC are entitled to the age relaxation of 15 years (21- 53 years).
Educational Qualification:
- The candidate must possess a degree in Civil Engineering from any University of India. Or he/she must be a member of the Institution of Engineers of India in Civil.
- The applicant must be able to read, write, and speak the Odia language. He/ she must have Odia as a subject and have cleared the subject in all his/her school qualifications.
