The application form for getting admission for UG general courses like BA, BSc, BCom, etc, and PG professional courses like BTech, BSc Nursing, BA.LLB, etc, will be available on the official webportal of CENTAC by May 2025, all the students are informed that the admission process will be completed on the basis of merit list, which will be prepared as per candidates performance in 12th class exam.

Eligibility criteria for CENTAC Admission 2025
The eligibility criteria for the various undergraduate general courses and professional courses in terms of educational qualification and age limit is available below.
Educational Qualification:
- General Courses: For General UG courses such as B.C.A., B.B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., and B.A., through CENTAC, candidates must have completed their higher secondary education (10+2) or its equivalent from a recognized board or institution.
- Professional Courses: For Professional UG courses such as BTech, BSc Nursing, etc, candidates must have completed 12th class with relevant subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics) from a recognized board.
Age Limit:
- For UG general and professional courses, the age limit criteria typically require candidates to be at least 17 years old by December 31, 2025, and there is no cap of upper age limit.
Before applying for any Undergraduate general or professional courses through the CENTAC for academic year 2025-26, it is mandatory for candidates to download and check the notification brochure to verify the eligibility criteria details for each course thoroughly.
CENTAC Application Fee 2025
To apply for the UG professional courses through CENTAC, the application fee is ₹1000 for General and ₹500 for Reserved category candidates. For General courses such as BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, and BBA, the application fee is ₹300 for General and ₹150 for Reserved category applicants. One will have to pay the required amount by May 2025 to submit an online application.
CENTAC Seat Reservation 2025
Out of total seats for various undergraduate professional and general courses, 11% are reserved for Other Backward Class, 16% are for Scheduled Caste, 0.5% for Scheduled Tribes, 2% for Backward Class Muslim, 18% for Most Backward Class, and 2% for Extremely Backward Class. Other than this, there is reservation for 4%, Children of FF, 5% for PWD, and 1% for each ESM and MSP, respectively.
CENTAC Merit List 2025
Date for releasing the merit list for various undergraduate general and professional courses is not yet disclosed officially by the Centralized Admission Committee, Puducherry, it is anticipated to be released officially like in June 2025 for following UG courses:
