What after the AP PGECET 2024 Seat Allotment?
Candidates who took part in the AP PGECET or GATE / GPAT 2024 counselling to get admission for various postgraduate courses for academic year 2024-25 are hereby notified that following the seat allotment result result on 3 and 14 September, the college reporting will take place from 4 to 5 September, and 15 to 18 September, respectively.

- Go to the counselling portal of the AP PGECET, which can be accessed at https://pgecet-sche.aptonline.in/.
- Lookout for an option that reads ‘Seat Allotment – AP PGECET/GATE/GPAT 2024,’ and tap on it to get redirected to another webpage.
- Lastly you need to enter your Application ID and Date Of Birth, and hit the Login button.
- After the successful login, you will have checked that you have been allocated a seat to get admission or not.
AP PGECET Counselling 2024
The counselling for AP PGECET 2024 is being held in online mode on the web webportal. It consists of registration and upload of documents, certificate verification, choice filling, seat allotment and college reporting. Check the stage of counselling process for the AP PGECET 2024 from below.
- Registration and Document Upload: Candidates must first register on the official AP PGECET counselling portal and upload required documents, to do so one must pay a processing fee.
- Certificate Verification: After registration, uploaded documents will be verified by concerned officials of APSCHE to confirm the candidate’s eligibility.
- Choice Filling: Once the documentation is completed, candidates will be able to select their preferred courses and college, which they must prioritise their choices carefully.
- Seat Allotment: A few days after the closure of choice filling, based on the candidate’s choices, merit, and availability of seats, candidates will be allocated a seat to get admission.
- College Reporting: Candidates who will be satisfied with the allocated seat must have to report to their allotted colleges by the deadline for admission confirmation.
Processing fee for the AP PGECET 2024 Counselling
To participate in the counselling for the AP PGECET 2024, a candidate will have to pay the processing fee using the debit card, credit card, NET banking or any other provided payment gateway. The payable amount for General & Other Backward Class and Schedule Caste & Scheduled Tribes is 1000 and 500 rupees, respectively.
